To the industry that raised me,

I fell in love with events in 2017 while working banquet server shifts at a luxury resort. What began as an opportunity for some extra cash, quickly became a calling. From those first trays carried through full ballrooms, I discovered something extraordinary: the quiet magic of people coming together to create moments that matter.

 

Over the years, this industry has allowed me to grow in ways I never imagined. I have worn so many hats— marketing, project manager, planner, event designer, floral, catering and a venue sales manager! — each role has deepened my appreciation for the craft behind every celebration. What guests experience as a few perfect hours is, as we all know, the result of countless hours of creativity, logistics, problem-solving, and heart.

But more than anything, this industry is defined by its people.

 

I have had the privilege of working alongside brilliant planners, fearless entrepreneurs, visionary designers, and tireless teams who work endlessly to turn empty spaces into unforgettable experiences. To every mentor who offered guidance, every colleague who shared their knowledge, and every entrepreneur who inspired me simply by showing up and building something of their own—thank you. You are the reason I am still so deeply inspired by this work

 

As I begin this new chapter, I hope this business serves as a small reflection of my appreciation for the industry and the people who make it so remarkable. It is my way of giving back to a community that has taught me, challenged me, and inspired me from the very beginning.

Your extra set of capable hands on wedding day. A Planner Assistant supports timeline execution, manages vendor communication, handles setup and detail placement, and keeps things moving so the lead planner can stay client-facing and big-picture focused.

Installation Assistant

Install days are no joke. We step in to support floral teams, designers, rental partners, with hands-on setup — from floral installations, heavy furniture placement to precise signage styling. We move quickly, take direction well, and understand that details matter.
